IDB is currently working on my ADU that was converted from our garage. We added a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom space with a kitchen and living room. We're probably about a few days out from project completion and final inspections. Several months back I reached out to multiple 4+ star contractors for estimates. IDB stood out when I met with Ben, I stalled for a few weeks while I met with other contractors that gave me weird feelings. One toured the place pretending like he knew me from years ago rather than actually know what to do, another one was on the phone too much and didn't pay attention, there was just no connection. When I finally called IDB back, we were able to immediately pick right up where we left off and I felt comfortable to proceed because not only did I feel comfortable with Ben, his proposal was really thorough and I was able to understand the whole entire process from start to finish. Now that everything is done, I am happy to say that it was what I expected it to be. We even went through struggles with the city and Ben took care of that so I wouldn't stress. The ADU will be rented out for extra income, and I am so thrilled I chose Ben and IDB to be my contractor.
Ben and his team handled my remodel this fall, and I couldn't be happier! My house went from tired and old to a total eye catcher. His team of subcontractors did superior work and were very respectful of me and my home. I worked with Ben on the design, and he was always openminded about what I wanted to do gave lots of great suggestions. He is always a text or phone call away and came to the house regularly making sure I was happy, and the subcontractors were doing what they needed to do. Luckily, I never had to worry about the work not being completed, or people disappearing on me like some of my friends dealt with. I will use IDB Enterprise again for my next renovation project!
